Big Shot Class #2

21 Sep

On Sunday, 12th September Sharon and I held our second big shot class using the scallop envelope in my Stampin’ cottage. We had a lovely day, the sun was out and we had a beautiful chicken and salad lunch outside, Sharon made home baked bread which was scrumptious and so was her banana and berry bread/cake, we were very spoilt. Now back to what we made (I have a soft spot for food…lol) we made four projects as you can see below. I can’t speak for Sharon, however, I got the idea of the ‘Joy at Christmas’ box from a fellow demonstrator sorry not sure who though as I get ideas and store them in the memory and forget where I get them from. As I have said many times before their are lots of clever crafters out their whom inspiration and casing comes from.

Scallop Envelope folder

18 Aug

In my journey to find inspriation for projects for our up coming Big Shot class next month I came across this great project at Erica’s blog and just had to make it and no I have not started with projects for the class, got a little distracted. I have used Pumpkin Pie and Tangerine Tango Cardstock however the Patterned Paper is retired, as my cardstock stash is running low due to new colours coming out in the new catalogue I didn’t have alot of choice. I have used the top note and scallop dies, sprial punch and the ‘Hello Again’ stamp set (all products used are Stampin Up).

Since I mentioned the Big Shot class I best give you some information. We will be using the Scallop envelope die this time as well as lots of other great Stampin’ Up! products.
