My dear friend Sharon taught me how to make these boxes. I made 50 of the big ones for my husbands clients and my mother in law asked me to make 11 for the elderly that live in her villa complex (I made the little ones for her). I have filled mine with home made Rocky Road but they can be filled with all sorts of lollies/chocolate. They turned out so professional looking, people were amazed that the complete gift was home made.

Funny story: one of Britneys teachers asked me where I bought the box from and I said I made it and she said I know you made the Rocky Road but where did you get the box, and I said I made it. She was so shocked and embrassed. Was a little funny!

These boxes are just so great for a gift with difference, they cannot be bought in the shop. I got the idea off many different peoples blogs, one lady in particular in the states designed the box, when i find the blog link I will post it. You need to convert to AU measurements though as our cards are different sizes. Once you have done that they are quite easy to make. I made 18 of them for gifts, the most time consuming part was the 90 cards that went in them, along with the little gift cards.
